Load Static files from subdomain or another domain

You have two options to load static files1:
1. Same domain from core root folder (default settings).
2. Subdomain or different URL from the same server.
To configure static files go to the Settings/File System. In static files section you can use Core Root Folder to load static files from the same domain and folder or use Subdomain to load static files from subdomain or another URL.
In Subdomain section you need to specify your subdomain URL and folder from core root folder.
- Subdomain URL: You need to provide subdomain URL. For example: https://static.example.com. You can also use another domain if it points to your subdomain.
- Subdomain Folder: Subdomain Folder from core root folder. For example: ../static.
You need to move all files and folders inside bin folder to subdomain folder but it is recommended to point subdomain folder to bin folder if it is possible. In that case you only need to use bin as folder path without moving any files.
  • 1. js, css, images, ... files in bin folder.
