Categories and Tags

Category
To manage categories go to the Categories and Tags/Category Manager.
To add a category, click on Add Category button. Enter name and caption of the category. Caption will be shown to the website visitors.
Select language(s) for the category and click on Add button.
Posts can only select categories related to the post language(s). For example, if you have category named Products with English language, Posts with French language can not select Products category.
If you mark a Category as important, That category will be shown as bold in the category list (Depends on theme).
If you select a Page for a Category, default category link will be replaced by the selected page.
Tags
To manage tags, go to the Categories and Tags/Tag Manager.
To add a tag, click on Add Tag button. Enter name and caption of the tag and click on Add button. Caption will be shown to the website visitors.
Unlike category, back-end users can directly add tags in Posts. Some user levels can only add tags in Posts but can not delete or edit them in Categories and Tags/Tag Manager.
If you mark a Tag as important, That tag will be shown as bold in the tag list (Depends on theme).
If you select a Page for a Tag, default tag link will be replaced by the selected page.
